  19.   Persons with normal membership (FREE) are entitled to two hours online
  20. time per day.

  22.   Why, you may ask, do you see that you only have 12 minutes remaining when
  23. you logon for the first time in a day?

  25.   If the system is entering into a NetMail only event, normal BBS operations
  26. are not allowed. This gives those who want to exchange mail with a fair
  27. degree of reliability the opportunity to do so. Once the mail event has
  28. ended, normal BBS operations will resume.
